The materials feeding into the granulating pot through the vacuum. After the action of centrifugal force of impeller, the pressure liquid supply system injects the adhesive through the spray gun. At the same time, the chopper rotates at a high speed. The materials are bonded into granules in the bowl and discharged to the next process.

Shree Bhagwati shear mixer’s chopper has two modes of speeds: two speeds or variable speed. Main shaft and chopper shaft are designed with one-way flow air seal, flow rate, the pressure of air seal can be measured & controlled to prevent and detect powder or water from entering inside.

The all-important tool in the wet granulation is the bottom driven Z-Rotor. The unique geometry of the Z-Rotor ensures maximum efficiency while minimizing the power required.
