The Compaction and granulation machine for the pharmaceutical industry powder material charging to the product hopper and per-compressed thru feeding screw and feed into narrows gap bet-weens two counter rotating rolls of rollers compactor under very high pressures. the product material is formed to solid compacting sheet or flake of ingredient. flakes or compact sheets of ingredient are reducing in sizes to obtain the desired grains size by granulators. The oneline granulation systems with special designed machine takes extra care of product with less manpower with Hygienic to prevent the generation of fine during this process.
