SERVICE:

Milling and Sieving of dry/wet powders & granule for pharmaceuticals, API, Bulk Drugs, food products, spices, cosmetics, detergents, insecticides, dyes, colors, plastics & resins fertilizers, etc.

OPERATION:

The milling unit operates on the principle of variable force swing beaters having both knife and impact edges rotating within a selected screen to get the required size reduction. Material fed in the hopper goes down to the processing chamber where it moves to the periphery and passes through the screen radially and tangentially. Finally, he processed material gets discharged into the feeding hopper of Sieving unit, placed below the Milling Chamber.

The sieving unit works on the principle of gyratory vibration. It has a rcular vibrating screen used for grading and sieving of material. Vibration in all 3 planes ( X / Y & Z axis) gives efficient output and uniform grading of the materials, over the rotary or longitudinal movement used in the conventional Sieving Machine. Specially designed vibratory motor with eccentric weights imparts vibratory motion to the feeding hopper, which has a screen in between feeding and discharge decks. Materials finer than the en mesh size, pass through the screen and are discharged to the collection vessel through the final product discharge port. Coarse materials are retained on top of the screen and get discharged from the oversize discharge POT. The amplitude of vibrations can be varied from minimum to maximum, by adjusting the eccentric weights, to suit the process requirement.
