Description:

The Semi Automatic/Off Line Vertical Linear Bottle Sticker Labelling Machine Model SBSL-60 is a User Friendly Machine. The Machine incorporates latest sophisticated Micro Processor Control Label Dispensing system with user friendly Sensing system for Label and Product. The Machine is suitable for Labelling on Round Bottles and other round objects with out-put up to 80 Labels per minute depending on product diameter and label size. The Bottle Sticker Labelling Machine SBSL-60 has Conveyor and Pressing Belt system identical to Automatic Bottle Sticker Labelling Machines for accurate labelling in vertical position, eliminating the inconvenience of manual Product Feeding and Collection of Product in Horizontal type Bottle Sticker labelling machine. The Inbuilt Automated Label Length detection systems eliminates any need for manually feeding and storing of Label Length data in memory and retrieving the same every time for change of Label Size & re-starting the machine. The System thus saves valuable time, avoiding machine-down time, and helps achieve higher production. Operation:

The bottles are manual loaded and unload on rotating platform and are cleaned in series of operations. The bottles are hold in bottle holders that are specially designed to accommodate bottles with varying neck diameter and bottle diameter. The bottles are placed in an inverted position in these cup shaped holders. Spraying showers does the external cleaning of the bottles. Solenoid valves are provided to enable the regulation of wash timings and sequence of various washing media to suit specific requirement.
