Description:

  • SHELL:SS Double Cone Blender with central cylindrical section and two conical frustums at the top and bottom with dimensions to suit required capacities.
  • CHARGING/DISCHARGING:The cone is having two opening at the top and bottom and it is of suitable diameter. Charging opening provided with SS hingeable lid with wing nuts for bolting and ‘C’ rubber ring. Discharge opening provided with butterfly/iris valve with suitable dead plate.
  • DRIVE:Drive consisting of suitable HP, TEFC, 3 Phase, 440VAC, suitable rpm motor with suitable rating worm reduction type gearbox, coupled by means of belt-pulley drive. Shafts mounted on suitable plummer blocks.
  • MOUNTING/PROTECTION:Entire assembly mounted on ‘A’ shaped MS stand, motor and gearbox duly covered with protection covers. Limit switch provided along with guard railing to maintain safe distance of operator from the rotating cone.Note: Lab model machine (SBDCB5) is mounted as a cantilever with shafting at one end only..
  • FINISH:All joints are argon arc welded and all SS parts are polished to mirror finish, required of pharmaceutical equipment. MS parts are painted to smooth finish.
  • CONTROL PANEL:Unit provided with suitable control panel with starter and push buttons to actuate the drive. The circuit consists of MCCBs, relays and contactors in series. Ample overload protection is provided by the MCCB and the relay. Wires coming out of the connections are numbered for easy recognition.
  • OPTIONAS AVAILABE, IF REQUIREDGMP/SS316 construction.
    Flame-proof drive motor with flame-proof push button station but non-flame proof panel, which is to be mounted outside the flame proof area.
