Machine will be supplied with oil free turbine type Vacuum Pump for ensuring smooth and continuous operation.
The electronic liquid level controller and automatic pneumatic control valve is provided to maintain and control the flow of liquid in the main bowl.
Long Heads of latest international design (Zigma Heads) made of gun metal / phosphorus bronze can be provided instead of standard Sealing Heads.
On request, Electronic Bottle Counter & BPM Meter can also be provided at extra cost.
Inbuilt conveyor with overlapping at outfeed and driven by imported speed variator drive.
Easy to maintain and clean.
Provision for ‘Deep Drawn Caps’ or ‘Guala Caps’ can be provided by fitting suitable cap feeder and sealing heads.
CIP System can also be provided on request.
S. S. Safety Hood shown in the picture can be supplied at additional cost and is not part of the standard equipment
